Connect Zapier to ZapMeetz
Automate your sales workflow by triggering actions in your CRM, Slack, or email marketing tools whenever a meeting happens in ZapMeetz.
Getting Started
Zapier allows you to connect ZapMeetz with over 5,000 other applications without writing code. Use "Zaps" to automatically send info between ZapMeetz and your other tools.
Prerequisites
- A ZapMeetz account (any plan).
- A Zapier account.
- Your ZapMeetz API Key (found in Dashboard → Integrations → Zapier).
Available Triggers
New Meeting Request
Triggers when a visitor requests a meeting on your widget, even if it hasn't been claimed yet.
Useful for:
- Logging leads in a spreadsheet
- Sending a notification to a Slack channel
Meeting Claimed
Triggers when a team member claims a request and joins the meeting.
Useful for:
- Creating a CRM contact/deal
- Updating team availability status
How to Connect
- Log in to your Zapier account and click Create Zap.
- Search for ZapMeetz as your Trigger App.
- Select your desired Trigger Event (e.g., "New Meeting Request").
- When prompted to connect your account, you will need your API Key.
- Go to your ZapMeetz Dashboard, navigate to Integrations → Zapier, and click Generate API Key.
- Copy the key and paste it into the Zapier authentication window.
- Test the trigger to ensure Zapier can pull sample data from your account.
Troubleshooting Tip:
If the test step fails in Zapier, make sure you have at least one recent meeting request or claimed meeting in your ZapMeetz history so Zapier has sample data to find.
