You do not need a team for the system to function. If only one rep is available, that rep receives all instant meeting requests while marked as online.

How ZapMeetz works with one rep

When a visitor submits the ZapMeetz form:

  • The system checks whether the rep is marked as available.
  • If available, the rep receives the instant meeting notification.
  • The rep clicks claim.
  • A meeting link is automatically generated and sent to both parties.

If only one rep is online, there is no routing competition. The meeting is assigned directly to that rep.

What happens if the rep is offline?

If the rep is marked as unavailable:

  • Instant meetings are not triggered.
  • You can configure a fallback option such as redirecting to a booking page or you can simply hide the instant meeting option entirely when no rep is available.

This ensures visitors only see the live meeting option when someone is actually ready to take the call.
